Go beyond the jar and step into the apiary. This tier is a structured educational journey into the craft of beekeeping. You aren't just a volunteer; you are an apprentice learning the delicate balance of hive management through intensive, focused sessions.


The "Power Hour" Format:

  • 15 Minutes: Arrival, safety briefing, and suiting up.

  • 45 Minutes: Intensive hands-on hive instruction and maintenance.

The Training Protocol:

  • Phase 1 (Sessions 1–3): Mandatory side-by-side mentorship. You will work directly with the lead beekeeper to learn safety, smoker etiquette, and proper frame handling.

  • Phase 2 (Sessions 4–6): Once "Hive Certified," you will be assigned to a specific Training Hive. You will lead the inspections for this colony for the remainder of the season under light supervision.

What’s Included:

  • Mentorship: 6 structured one-hour hands-on lessons (one per month).

  • The Honey Share: 6 jars (320g each) of raw honey (valued at $120).
